We guarantee that our dental implant prosthetic components (“components”) are free from defects in materials and manufacturing. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer a lifetime product replacement warranty for components manufactured and supplied by Blacksmith.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Damage from External Causes: Any damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, or procedural errors in clinical use.
Third-Party Product Issues: Failures caused by defects in third-party implants or components not manufactured by Blacksmith.
Patient-Related Factors: Product failure due to contraindicated conditions such as uncontrolled diabetes, smoking, substance abuse, or other medical conditions affecting implant success.
Unauthorized Alterations or Use:
Modifications or alterations made to the product after delivery.
Use of Blacksmith products with unauthorized third-party components, excluding implant fixtures.
Use of the product outside the recommended guidelines.
Additional Costs: This warranty does not cover indirect costs, such as laboratory fees, treatment expenses, transportation, or labour costs associated with product use.
General Conditions
This voluntary warranty is provided in addition to the standard legal warranty rights and product liability laws, without limiting or replacing them. Additionally, Blacksmith’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply. Any transfer of rights under this warranty requires prior approval from Blacksmith.
Blacksmith does not extend warranties to accessories, materials, or equipment not manufactured by Blacksmith. Items such as thermoforming machines, consumables, and scanners are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty policies.
